We do not take responsibility for damage caused to the hair, nor do we give any guarantee, in case the client decides to apply bleaching products, coloring, perms etc., as it is impossible to determine which chemicals were used in the hair handling as well as the level of experience of the person who apply these products to the hair. If you want to make perm or color we remind you that we have permed and colored hair in stock and we advise you now to purchase it or alternatively contact us so that we can share the contact of accredited professionals who can provide this discoloration / chemical service on hair safely.

Sales and use of the website are protected and regulated by national and EU legislation on electronic commerce currently in force.

The availability of any product presented in our online store, must always be interpreted as subject to confirmation.

The moment you place your order with us, you will receive a message at your email address with a copy of it, for your control.

All orders received are analyzed by our commercial service, in order to check their availability.

Note that we may be out of stock for some or some of the products, in which case we will need to order the same from the respective suppliers.

Usually, the replacement process with the manufacturer can take between 3 and 5 weeks. We will always contact you to confirm your interest in maintaining the order.

If everything is in accordance with your order, and if you have chosen to pay by Pay Pal your order will be processed more quickly. We remind you that payments for purchases using this method do not attribute promotional discount points, due to the commissions that are charged to us by this entity.

Note that the sending of orders whose payment is made by bank transfer or direct deposit in account, will only be made after confirmation of the respective transfer / deposit or good collection of the order value.

Usually orders are shipped on the business day following the order if the order is placed until 8 pm but in the festive periods when the volume of orders is higher, the time for shipping may be two business days.

Payments by PayPal - For security reasons and to protect our customers from fraud, payments through the PayPal system will only be accepted if the PayPal account used to make the payment is verified and an address is verified in the PayPal database. Shipping of goods can only be done to the address registered in this database. All orders that request delivery of the goods to addresses other than the one in the PayPal database will be canceled and the refund of payment will be made immediately.
